Answers about your account,
your investments, and the app.
What is Rendi and how does it work?
Rendi is a personalized investment management service. We get to know your goals, circumstances, and risk profile to build and manage your portfolio. Your advisor helps you understand the strategy, and you can track your investments in the app.
Do I have to choose the investments?
No. Our team selects and manages investments according to the strategy we define with you. You can view your portfolio and talk to your advisor to understand the decisions.
What documents do I need to open an account?
You’ll need a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie to verify your identity. Registration is digital.
Can I speak with an advisor?
Yes. You can speak with an advisor who knows your profile to review your investments, understand your strategy, or discuss changes to your plans. Email support@rendi.ai to get in touch.
How can I add money to my account?
Our team can explain the available ways to add money to your account and guide you through the process.
How do you personalize my portfolio?
We consider your goals, time horizon, cash needs, and the risk you’re able and willing to take. That informs how we allocate your investments and the strategy guiding your portfolio’s management.
What investments can my portfolio include?
Your portfolio can combine stocks, ETFs, fixed-income investments, and cash. The selection and allocation depend on your profile and the strategy we agree with you.
Where can I find information about my data?
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights. You can also write to us if you need more information.
